3 1/2 oz. box chocolate pudding, not instant
2 c. milk
18 to 25 oz. chocolate cake mix
12 oz. chocolate chips

In large saucepan, combine mix and milk. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat; stir in dry cake mix until smooth. Spread mixture into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Cake will be very moist and will not test done. Cool to room temperature and refrigerte 1 hour.
