1 chocolate cake mix
1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding
1 c. nuts
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Make pudding according to directions on package. Let cool. Add cake mix and mix well. Spread in greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle chopped nuts and chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool and cut.
