MUSHROOM PILAF 
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 c. fresh mushrooms, halved or sliced
1/2 c. butter
2 c. hot cooked white rice
2 c. hot cooked wild or brown rice

Cook onion and mushrooms in butter until soft but not browned. Combine with hot cooked white and wild rice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Turn into heated serving dish and garnish with tomato slices and parsley.
