7-VEGETABLE MUSHROOM RICE 
2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables
2 c. cooked wild or regular rice
1 c. canned or fresh mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. grated onion
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained

Drain vegetables well. Add other ingredients. Heat and serve. ALTERNATIVE: You may add cooked chicken chunks for variety.
