VEGETABLES - RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) bag California or Oriental blend vegetables, frozen
1 3/4 c. rice, cooked
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 c. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Chow mein noodles
Seasoning to taste

Combine all ingredients, except chow mein noodles in bowl. Mix well. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
