WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1/2 lb. (1 c.) wild rice
1/2 lb. bacon, diced
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 can water
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. sage

Fry rice, bacon, celery and onions until partially done. Place in 9 x 13 inch cake pan; add soups and water. Add sage, salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
