ALL VENISON (SEASONING) 
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 sm. bay leaf
Pinch of sugar
1/4 c. bouillon
1 to 2 tsp. wine vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste

This is good for chops, roasts and steaks. For roasts, add above ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. For chops and steaks, add above ingredients and cook on stove top 10 to 15 minutes on low- medium heat. Venison doesn't take long and if cooked too long becomes tough quickly. 4 to 6 servings.
