VENISON CHOPS 
4 lg. shoulder chops
1 c. honey
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few drops Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. dry white wine
1 lg. garlic clove, crushed

Brown chops slowly on both sides in oil. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over chops. Simmer over very low heat about 45 minutes or until tender. Serve chops and sauce over hot buttered macaroni.

This recipe was delightful! I substituted half the honey for corn syrup (because that's all I had) and rubbed the chops in rosemary, garlic salt, pepper and nutmeg before browning. My boyfriend made sure there were no leftovers; he couldn't get enough of it! Thanks so much, i'll be making this tons more in the future.
