DEVILED GREEN BEANS 
10 to 12 oz. frozen French cut green beans
2 med. onions, chopped
8 oz. tomato sauce
4 oz. jar of pimentos, chopped
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced

Steam green beans for about 10 minutes and then run beans under cold water in colander. Saute chopped onion until transparent, add minced garlic; add tomato sauce and chopped pimentos. Place green beans and above mixture in a buttered 2 quart casserole. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
