GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
4 cans French cut green beans, drained
Garlic & pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
24 Ritz crackers, crushed & buttered for top
2 cans mushroom soup
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Place beans in bottom of dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder, mix soup, sour cream. Pour over beans. Cover with cheese. Put buttered Ritz crackers on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 8.
