GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. French beans, frozen
1 can bean sprouts
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained and finely sliced
1/4 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French fried onion rings (for the top, toward end of baking)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook beans for 10 minutes, drain; add bean sprouts, onion, sliced chestnuts, cheese and mushroom soup. Cook in casserole for at least 30 minutes at 350 degrees. The last 10 minutes put onion rings on top. Don't over - brown. Serves 6.
