SWEDISH NUTS 
2 egg whites, beaten (nice & fluffy)
1 lb. English walnuts
1 c. brown sugar (brownulated)
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix egg whites and brown sugar with English walnuts. Spread on a cookie sheet on which the melted butter has been poured. Bake 1/2 to 1 hour at 250 degrees until coated, mixing several times until they are almost dry.
