ARTICHOKE MARINADE 
1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup water

Cook the frozen artichokes with lemon juice and salt in water until tender; drain.

MARINADE:

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder (or to taste)
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
1 bay leaf, crushed

Make a marinade with oil, vinegar and spices. A blender can be used, if desired.

Pour over the artichokes. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight until well chilled.
