SEA KING DINNER 
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) crabmeat
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) tiny shrimp, drained
1 can (5 oz.) water chestnuts, drained & sliced
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems & pieces, drained

Combine in 2 quart casserole. Add white sauce mixture over all.

Combine:

2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. shredded cheese, Cheddar
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Pour cheese mixture over the seafood and mushrooms. Sprinkle bread crumbs over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Melt butter. Stir in flour. Add milk, stirring until smooth, cook on low heat until gravy consistency. Add salt and pepper.
