GREEK SALAD 
1 c. green peppers, chopped fine
2 bunches green onions, sliced with some of green tops for color
3 cans shoe peg corn (little white corn), drained
1 (10 oz.) jar salad olives, drained
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate. Keeps for a long time and actually improves with age, if there's any left.
