EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 onion, minced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream

Brown beef and onions in butter. Add other ingredients except sour cream and cook slowly, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours. Just before serving, stir in sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
