BUTTER ROLL PUMPKIN CAKE 
Crust:

1 box of yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter
1 egg

Mix ingredients together and pat into the bottom of a casserole dish.

Filling:

3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pumpkin
cinnamon
nutmeg

Mix all ingredients with a mixer well. Add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Pour over crust.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Let stand at least 20 minutes before serving. Garnish with a dollop of cool whip and cinnamon.
