1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 (6 oz.) jar Coffeemate
1 (1 lb.) can Hershey's Nestle's instant chocolate
1 (5 qt.) box instant powdered milk

Mix well together. Use 4 heaping teaspoons per cup hot water and vanilla to taste.
