SOUR CREAM COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix

Prepare as directed on box and bake in 3 layers.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
12 oz. frozen grated coconut
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix sour cream, sugar and Cool Whip. Spread on layer. Drizzle with coconut, then pineapple on all layers; refrigerate overnight for best results.
