SOUR CREAM COCONUT CAKE | |
1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix 2 c. sugar 16 oz. carton sour cream 3 pkg. frozen coconut 1 lg. Cool Whip Bake cake mix by directions. Split when cool. Mix sugar, sour cream and coconut. Save 1 cup of mixture and set aside. Spread mixture lavishly between layers. Mix large container of Cool Whip with the reserved cup of mixture. Ice the entire cake and keep in refrigerator for 3 days before cutting. |
