EASY CHEESE SOUFFLE 
6 slices bread
4 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 c. grated cheese

Remove crusts from the 6 slices of bread. Cut each slice in half. Beat together the eggs, milk, dry mustard, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Using a 2 quart buttered baking dish, place 2 slices of bread (four halves) in bottom of dish; pour 1/3 of egg mixture over the bread, 1/3 of the cheese. Make two more layers the same way, pressing each one down slightly. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour until brown and bubbly.
