EASY BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
6 eggs, beaten
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 tbsp. whole wheat flour
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. broccoli, steamed and chopped

Combine all ingredients in well-buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
