EASY PRUNE SOUFFLE | |
1 c. strained prunes (baby food) 1 tbsp. lemon juice Dash salt 2 tsp. sugar or 1 pkg. Equal 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten Heat prunes; add lemon juice, salt, sweetening. Fold in egg whites. Fill oiled baking dish about 3/4 full. Set in pan of hot water. Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees F. Serves 5 or 6. |
