1 lb. ground chuck 1 lg. onion 4 to 6 raw potatoes Salt & pepper to taste Butter Cheese (cheddar) Layer meat in casserole dish, approximately 8 x 10 inches. Salt and pepper. Add sliced onions and a layer of sliced potatoes, salt and pepper again. Dot with butter. Cook at 350 degrees for about an hour. Drain. Grate cheese and cover with foil until ready to serve. |
