CLAM CHOWDER | |
1 med. onion 1 qt. 1/2 & 1/2 3 cans of Campbell's New England clam chowder 2 cans of Campbell's cream of potato soup 8 oz. minced clams, drain & save 1/2 juice 1/2 stick of butter 1/2 lb. fried bacon, drained & crumbled Saute onion and clams in butter 15 minutes. Mix all soups and 1/2 and 1/2 in crockpot and add 1/2 of clam juice. Add onions and clams and cook in crockpot for 4 to 5 hours on low. Add bacon before serving. |
