NEW ENGLAND CLAM QUICHE | |
1 (9 inch) pie shell 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled 1 can New England clam chowder 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. sour cream 2 tsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 slices of your favorite cheese Bake shell 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients but cheese. Pour 1/2 into shell, put cheese on top. Add remainder of mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool 10 minutes, let settle, serve. |
