TURKEY KIELBASA AND POTATOES 
1 turkey kielbasa (12 to 16 oz.)
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
1 onion
1 green pepper
Pam or other non-stick spray
Salt
Pepper

Warm frying pan. Spray lightly with non-stick spray. Dice green pepper and onion; brown. Add thawed hash browns; cook until almost done. Slice turkey kielbasa and fry along with rest of ingredients until all are done. Serve. Easy - quick main dish.
