GRANOLA 
12 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. powdered milk
1 1/2 c. wheat germ, toasted or raw
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. molasses
1 c. oil
Sesame seeds (optional)
Sunflower seeds (optional)
Coconut (optional)
Dried fruit (optional)
Raisins (optional)

Heat vanilla, honey, molasses and oil in saucepan until they almost boil. Do not use high heat. Pour onto wheat germ and powdered milk and stir thoroughly in very large bowl. Gradually add oats, stirring thoroughly once again, until entire mixture is well coated.

Add any optional items (except raisins or dried fruit). Bake at 350 degrees, stirring every 7-8 minutes until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes in all. Add dried fruit or raisins once granola is cooled. Store in airtight container.
