SNICKERDOODLE CUP CAKES 
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 c. flour plus 2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
Chocolate chips

Cream oil and sugar. Add the rest of ingredients in order given. Fill cup cake papers half full. Drop 6 chocolate chips in each cup cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
