SELF-CRUST CHICKEN PIE 
2 c. chopped chicken
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. broth
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 c. butter
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper

Hard boil the eggs, peel, and hand slice. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Layer egg slices on this. Blend broth and soup in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour broth and soup mixture over meat and egg slices. Mix butter, flour, milk, and pepper. Pour over ingredients in dish. This mixture will not be smooth. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
