COTTAGE POTATOES 
8 lg. potatoes
Green pepper
1 sm. jar pimiento
Onion
Salt & pepper
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/4 c. milk

Cook potatoes with jackets on, then when done, peel and dice. Chop up green pepper, add it and the pimiento, chopped onion, seasonings, cheese, butter and milk and place in a crock pot to heat. Can leave all day or 1/2 day.
