CORN PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 pt. corn, young corn is best or canned shoe peg corn
4 eggs

Mix sugar, flour, and salt. Add eggs, corn, and butter which has been melted in pan to bake in. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes in a long casserole dish.
