1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. shortening, melted 1/4 c. butter, melted Mix and pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 6 minutes at 325 degrees. Cream 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar. Mix until fluffy. Add 12 ounce Cool Whip. Spread mixture on cooled crumb mixture. Dissolve 3 small packages of raspberry or strawberry Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add two 10 ounce raspberries or strawberries (frozen). Mix well. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes or until it starts getting firm. Pour over previous mixture. Refrigerate. |
