PRALINE PIE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs (may use Eggbeaters)
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Use a graham cracker crust (your own or ready-made). Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and mix well to blend. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well after each addition. Add chopped nuts and pour into crust and bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Allow to cool and brush top with maple syrup. Arrange pecans around edge, if desired.
