PUNCH BOWL CAKE | |
2 yellow cake layers, cooled 2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding Frozen or fresh strawberries 12 oz. coconut 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 can mandarin oranges 1 lg. can pineapple chunks 16 oz. Cool Whip Prepare pudding according to directions. Chill to allow pudding to set up. Place 1 cake layer on bottom of punch bowl. Layer, using one half of ingredients: pudding, strawberries, oranges, pineapple, nuts, coconut and Cool Whip. Start second layer with remaining cake and other half of ingredients. Garnish with cherries, nuts or coconut. Refrigerate. Will serve 35. |
