CHICKEN MACARONI SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) box macaroni
2 1/2 - 3 lb. chicken
1 (4 oz.) can green peas
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. French dressing
1 tsp. celery seed
1 head lettuce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
6 slices of bread

Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and place in large casserole dish. Prepare chicken and boil in salted water until done; drain and dice into macaroni. Drain green peas and add next 5 ingredients to casserole and blend thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on lettuce leaf with toasted bread. Great the next day.
