PEPPERONI BREAD | |
1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin 6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed 1 egg, slightly beaten Let thawed bread dough rise in oiled bowl until triple in size. Then place on board and roll out until it is flat. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place sliced pepperoni on top of rolled out dough. Sprinkle on shredded Mozzarella cheese. Roll up lengthwise, and seal the edges with your fingers with a little water. Brush top of bread with beaten egg. Place in 400 degree oven and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4. |
