BEEF JERKY 
3 lb. brisket, 1/4-inch slices
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/3 c. soy sauce

Soak 3 days. Then dry in oven with light bulb for about 12 hours. Turn every 2 hours. Or put in oven at lowest temperature.
