BEEF JERKY | |
3 lb. lean beef (flank or round) 1 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. soy sauce Cut beef in 1/4 inch strips; marinate in refrigerator. Drain meat. Pat dry and roll with rolling pin. Arrange on cookie sheet and bake 9 hours at 175 degrees. Store in plastic bag up to 3 weeks. |
