BEEF JERKY 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke

Trim fat off roast. Cut with the grain into strips no thicker than 1/8 inch. Combine sauce and seasonings. Coat meat with sauce. Place on wire cake rack on a cookie sheet. Bake at 150 degrees for 10-12 hours.
