VEGETABLE-COFFEE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. cold brewed coffee
1 tbsp. finely grated carrots
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine cream cheese and coffee until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and blend well. Chill. Serve with raw vegetables.

Makes 1 1/2 cups dip.
