GARLIC GRITS 
1 c. grits
3 c. boiling water
1 roll garlic cheese
dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 stick butter
1/4 skim milk
2 eggs, beaten

Add grits to boiling water and cook 3 minutes; salt to taste. Cut cheese into small pieces and add to cooked grits; stir to blend. Add all other ingredients; stir.

Bake in buttered casserole, uncovered, about 45 minutes at 350°F.

May be served in place of potatoes or rice.
