LEMON BARS 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar

TOPPING:

1 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 lemon
4 eggs, beaten

FROSTING:

Powdered sugar
Lemon juice

Mix Base ingredients and pat into a jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix Topping ingredients and pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Frost with powdered sugar/lemon frosting.
