CHEESE STRATA 
1 loaf French bread
1 lb. grated sharp cheese
6 eggs
Ham or cooked sausage (brown and serve)
1 tsp. dried mustard
4 c. milk
Paprika

Layer slices of bread in bottom of 10 x 15 inch pan, greased. Sprinkle on 3/4 cheese and ham. Beat eggs and mustard adding milk to mixture. Place 2nd layer of bread on top of cheese. Pour egg mixture over all. Sprinkle on remaining cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Prepare whole dish 1 day ahead and place in refrigerator covered overnight. Serves 8-10.
