CHEESE STRATA 
1 loaf bread
1 lb. grated cheese
2 lb. bacon or sausage
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash salt

Cook and crumble bacon or sausage. Butter or spray with Pam a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Line with 1 inch strips of bread and layer meat and cheese. Alternate layers.

Combine eggs, milk, mustard and salt, mix well. Pour over casserole dish.

Refrigerate 24 to 48 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
