CHEESE POTATOES IN FOIL 
3 lg. baking potatoes
4-5 slices bacon, cooked crisp
1 c. butter
8 oz. processed American cheese, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped onion (optional)

Slice peeled potatoes on large piece of heavy foil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over potatoes, add onion, cheese and butter. Mix on foil, seal, but leave space for expansion. May be baked in oven, but preferably on grill for 1 hour, turning often. If using covered grill, cook for 45 minutes.
