LEMON PARTY SALAD | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 c. sugar 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 6 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 c. cold water 8 oz. Cool Whip 1 c. broken walnuts Boil the pineapple and sugar for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, stir in the gelatin until dissolved; cool. Blend cream cheese and water in blender until smooth. Stir into the gelatin mixture. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in the Cool Whip and walnuts. Chill. You can use strawberry or other favorite flavors. |
