LEMON VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
1 1/2 c. lemon juice 1 1/2 c. salad oil 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine in jar and mix well. Keep refrigerated.

I have made this many times, only I use white pepper, a little more sugar & chop up green onions.. use this alone with ice berg lettuce.. it's wonderful! if you like lemon juice & sweet flavor..
