CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 lg. potatoes
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 stick butter
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes and drain. Slightly brown onion in butter. Mix drained potatoes with onion in butter and the rest of the ingredients. Bake 30 minutes on 350 degrees.
