POTATOES ROMANOFF 
6 to 8 potatoes
2 cartons of 10 oz. sour cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes until tender, drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in buttered 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes.
